Whimsydream Women's Fashion Shipping Policy

This shipping policy details the delivery process for Whimsydream orders within the United Kingdom. By placing an order, you consent to the following shipping terms and procedures.

1. Delivery Speed Tiers

  • Economy Delivery: 3-5 business days for all UK addresses, ideal for non-urgent orders. Available for selected items marked "Economy Eligible."
  • Standard Delivery: 2-3 business days for mainland UK; 3-4 business days for Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland.
  • Express Delivery: Next-business-day delivery for mainland UK orders placed before 2pm GMT (Mon-Fri). Saturday delivery available for orders placed before 12pm GMT on Friday (additional £2.50 fee).

2. Shipping Fee Structure

Economy Delivery: £1.99 (free on orders over £30). Standard Delivery: £3.49 (free on orders over £45). Express Delivery: £5.99. Saturday Delivery: £8.49. No additional surcharges apply to remote UK regions for Standard and Express options.

3. Order Splitting & Partial Deliveries

If your order contains items from different warehouses, we may split it into partial deliveries for faster fulfillment. You’ll receive a separate shipping confirmation for each parcel, and no extra shipping fees will be charged. Missing items from a split order? Contact us with all tracking numbers for assistance.

4. Packaging & Item Protection

Delicate items (e.g., lace dresses, beaded accessories) are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and placed in padded envelopes or rigid boxes. Outer packaging features water-resistant coating to protect against weather damage during transit. We include a packing slip with your order details—keep this for returns or exchanges.

5. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

All orders include tracking. A tracking link is sent to your email once dispatched—allow 24 hours for tracking data to update. For Express and Saturday deliveries, you’ll receive a 1-hour delivery window via SMS on the day of delivery. Signature is required for orders over £75 to ensure secure receipt.

6. Delivery Issues Resolution

For delayed orders: Economy (allow 7 business days), Standard (allow 5 business days), Express (allow 2 business days) before contacting us. For damaged or missing items, email whimsydream@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item (if applicable). We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
